The space

Situated on a large private lot surrounded by Kiawah nature, this ranch style home offers seclusion and quiet in a setting where the line is blurred between indoor and out. The back yard, featuring an expansive deck and salt-water pool is a refuge in itself. Perfect for entertaining it includes an umbrella table seating six, casual wicker furniture, lounge chairs, and gas grill.

Inside, the open concept floor plan flows between the living room, dining area, sunroom, and new gourmet kitchen. No expense was spared on the custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, drop lighting, and tile backsplash. High end appliances include a gas stove, wall oven, and cabinet integrated refrigerator.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and access to the deck. It`s private bathroom offers a huge jetted bathtub, double vanity areas, and separate walk in shower. The queen guest bedroom shares a full bath with the common areas. For additional guests there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and powder room.

Kiawah Island beaches amenities are easily accessible along the 30 miles of paved bike trails.

All linens and bath towels are included. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.

The neighbourhood

Located about one mile from the beach, this home is on a quiet lot in a cul-de-sac. The large backyard offers a private pool with a huge pool deck and a gas grill.

If you are not bringing a car, we do have recommendations for transportation companies.

Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along.
