Welcome to your new apartment – pure peace and relaxation! Escape the stress of the city and enjoy the completely newly renovated, modern and cozy accommodation with a kilometer-wide view in the quiet 280EW village of Burgtreswitz since October 2024. You will live in the house almost completely alone and have no annoying neighbors!

The space
You will stay in our cozy 90 m² hillside apartment, where you will occupy the upper floor (ground floor).
The apartment offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and cozy atmosphere and allows you everything you need for a relaxing stay:
Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, dish towels, bathtub, bath/hand towels, hairdryer, bed linen, parking directly in the courtyard, e-bike storage in the garage (possible after consultation).


Location:
The location of the village with its medieval castle is central. Distances:
- 500 m: butcher, bakery, bus stop, medieval castle
- 1 km: pharmacy, doctor, bakery, butcher and a café, spa park, ozone indoor pool, mini golf
- 5 km: numerous shopping opportunities, highway connection to the A6 to Nuremberg/Prague
- 12 km: Czech Republic border crossing
- 30 km: numerous leisure activities in this area such as cycling and hiking trails, towers and castles, Bockl bike path, wellness, educational trails & parks, lookout towers, museums, etc.
