The space
Dormouse Cottage (Troutbeck 7) is reverse style accommodation sleeping up to 8 people. Downstairs it has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with an ensuite shower room. and a door leading to the patio area with outdoor seating. Two further bedrooms one with bunk beds and one with twin beds as standard but can be made up to a king sized bed on request and a family bathroom. A sofa bed is in the lounge area.
Upstairs there is a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a door leading to a balcony.
The property has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge Freezer hob and oven.

There is plenty of parking on site which is very close to Dormouse Cottage.
EV Chargers can be found by the main hotel reception.

There really is something for everyone whether you want to relax or just enjoy the onsite facilities.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property along with free use of the amenities within the village. These include a restaurant and Bar, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Hot tub, Gym, Children's play area , Laundry facilities and a cinema room. All within a few minutes of the property. Please note that the amenities and leisure facilities do not form a part of your booking. They are available for you to use free of charge but are not provided by me.

Other things to note
During peak times some of the leisure facilities may need to be pre booked.

You MUST NOT take any towels from the house to the pool. Towels for the pool are available free of charge from reception. Any towels missing from the property following your stay will be charged for.

It is advisable to have travel insurance in place should you be unable to travel.

Please note that the property does not have a washing machine but there are laundry facilities on site

A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Dogs must not be allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs must not be left alone in the property under any circumstances - if you go out, so do your dogs. Any damage caused by your dogs will be charged for.

The leisure facilities are provided by the holiday village. They do not belong to us. We have no responsibility for, nor any control over their availability. The leisure facilities do not form a part of your booking. Your booking is for the house only. No part of your booking fee relates to the leisure facilities. You have free access to and use of the leisure facilities, however, in the event of any part of the leisure facilities not being available during your stay for whatever reason, we are unable to offer any refund, partial or otherwise.
