I’m very pleased that you enjoyed my home, and was happy to read that you appreciated the many small touches that i hope make all my guests feel welcomed and comfortable. However i am disappointed by the negative remarks about my flat, especially the ones over which i have no control. My flat is on the 5th floor, as you were aware, and therefore the stairs should not have been a surprise. As far as internet connection, i made it pretty clear throughout our communications and in my advertisement that i do not provide internet access in my flat. The code provided in my welcome packet is for the public wifi that sometimes is accessible but i do not personally manage. I am glad that you found other options, to connect online such as the cafes ect. That you mentioned.
