About this listing
Attractive and spacious apartment with excellent accessibility and 2 free parking spaces. Perfect for couples and families (baby cot available). 10 min to the city centre, 5 min from highway, 2 min to shopping centre. 2 bikes and a moped available.
The apartment has a very spacious and bright living room with modern furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped - you will even find a wine fridge so feel free to open a bottle or two and make a toast to your liking :)
You should enjoy life and there is nothing better than having a coffee on the sunny morning while sitting on the balcony and appreciating the view over Ljubljana's moorland with green hills at the back.
If you are on a business trip, you can use the office corner in the bedroom to complete your work while others are partying in the living room. And yes, there is no problem if you organise small parties in the apartment :)
The bed measures are 150x220 cm. Even if you are outstandingly tall, you shouldn't have problems with sleeping.
The bathroom has a shower booth, a sink, a toilette and a bidet. You don't need to worry about towels, a shower gel or shampoo - they're waiting there for you.
Beside the empty closet in the bedroom you will also have quite some free space in the closet in the main hall, so you can pack out your things normally.
Beside the whole first floor of the apartment, including the balcony, there are also two parking places (one roofed), two trekking bikes and a moped with two helmets available for use. The moped is a product form legendary Slovenian company Tomos, made back in the times of Yugoslavia but still in a perfect working condition.

I like to wear a smile on my face. I'm a positive person, who loves to travel around the world and also loves to be a host in our gorgeous country, but most of all I love to meet new people. That's why my friend asked me to rent his flat via Airbnb while he's exploring the world. Although I'm a bit jealous of him, you are of course very welcome, if you're planning to overstay in Ljubljana! Otherwise think twice and then come ;)
