We love our neighborhood. Quiet, peaceful setting among pine, cedar & fruit trees at approximately 3000 foot elevation. Dorstan Lane is a private road in a small neighborhood of 7 homes surrounding Nelder Creek that runs all year long! Enjoy a short, leisurely walk down the Lane to the bridge over Nelder Creek.
YARTS offers transportation to and from Yosemite National Park for a fee if you prefer not to drive. Please visit their website for rates & schedule.

I have lived in this area since I was 9 years old (moving from Escondido, CA). My husband, Rusty, has lived in this area all his life. We met through friends and from there a great friendship grew. We were married October 2002. We love the mountains and all it offers; fresh air, clean rivers & lakes, beautiful landscape, & the never-ending places to be explored. We enjoy hiking, backpacking & using our 4WD truck on the back high-country roads. We purchased our property in 2012 for the towering cedar and pine trees, and the year-round Nelder Creek just down our lane. We are happy with our location & want to share it with you. We would love to have you to visit. ~ Renae Smith
