New and sophisticated mid century modern home with impeccable touches of design and style, make this home a pleasure to experience.

Interior design features include custom doors throughout the house a high end kitchen with a Wolf Range, Sub Zero appliances and ocean views.

The spacious front deck has lots of room to entertain, including a fire pit lounge area, dining table and a retro pass through cafe window from the kitchen to ease entertainment duties all with breathtaking ocean views.

The space
The home has two primary King suites and two upstairs Queen bedrooms that share a bathroom. The living room, primary suites and kitchen overlook the outside deck area with a fantastic view of the ocean. There is also a Bocce ball court down below the deck.

Guest access
You may use all of the home except for the locked closets.

Other things to note
Fireplace in the living room is not useable at the moment. We are waiting on a part that we are waiting on arrival for.
