The space

We offer 2 Apartments just on a hill above Greve in Chianti. Both apartments have an independent kitchen and all you need to cook; both apartments have an independent bathroom with shower, etc.; one of them has a proper double bedroom and one sofa-bed, the other one has a double sofa-bed (when it's open it's a normal double bed) and one single armchair-bed.

There's also the possibility to have the two apartments together: they're divided by an inner door that you can keep shut with a key or open making one big apartment.

We can welcome up to 6 guests, 3 in each apartment.

The apartments are equipped with towels, bed linens, sheets, etc.

You can enjoy our gardens and use our free wifi connection.

We are just 10 minutes walking distance to Greve's main square and to the supermarket of the town. The place is very peaceful and quiet, just in the middle of the tuscan countryside.

If you don't have a car, you can easily reach us walking from the nearest Greve bus stop, the one next to S. Anna park.

We arrived from Florence by bus and Elena was waiting for us at the bus stop in Greve to drive us to the property which is a 10 minute walk to the town center. Guilio and Elena were excellent hosts and took care of all our queries and requests during our stay. The property is in a very quiet location with fantastic views. We even managed the walk to town center with our baby without much hassle. Overall, fantastic quiet and peaceful holiday - i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Chianti. Thanks Guilio and Elena!

We were the second time in this house, and it was as pleasant as last time. Giulio is a nice man, who takes care one is well received. We were early but he had left the key. So no worries. The house near the top of a hill, the view is splendid. The center of Greve and the supermarket are near. (5 minutes by car)

Pros: Beautiful farmstead coversion - clean and comfortable. Wonderful views over the valley. Easy 10-20 minute walk into Greve along quiet road. Friendly host (who supplied us with excellent free coffee as the supermarket was closed on our arrival) and lovely Italian neighbours. Greve is a good centre for a Tuscan holiday with good amenities and interesting things to visit. Excellent powerful shower. Cons: Mosquitos were awful in the gardens/courtyard when we visited (mid-September) - too bad to be able to sit outside unfortunately. Wi-Fi was unreliable. Only able to pick up with a laptop and disconnected frequently. When using a mobile phone or tablet, only able to pick up intermittently on upstairs landing. Cooker is composed of 2 hob burner. No oven. Stair side to 1st floor is open - property appears unsuitable for toddlers for this reason.

We spent 2 days in Greve in Chianti which is a lovely village. We had some difficulties to find the apartment but Giulio was really helpful to come and guide us to the apartment. The flat is quit big and it has been renovated. Very nice place to stay if you want to discover the Chianti area.

Great apartment and Giulio was very helpful! We love this town and highly recommend staying at this apartment. I would recommend having a car if you are staying there, the road home at night time is not well lit. We did not have a car and managed to use our cell phones as flash lights but there are no street lights. Everything else was great and the view is amazing!

A very nice place and very quiet just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Greve is a nice town with many good restaurants. If you want to bike on hilly roads this is a good place. Also perfectly located if you want to explore Tuscany by car. Only negative thing is the wifi, it only worked properly outside the apartment! But apart from this we can only recommend this place.
