Cozy, stylish and luxurious apartment in the heart of Outremont, a peaceful residential area near downtown Montreal. With an area of 85 square meters, the property includes six rooms: a bedroom, an office, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Located in a century-old building, the apartment has a lot of character thanks to its superb wooden moldings, hardwood floors, high ceilings and extensive wooden windows with exceptional brightness. It is located in the 4th and on the top floor.
