Welcome to our newly finished 1bd/1ba studio in the heart of North Park. The fully furnished, detached residence is 333 sqft and has its own parking space in front of the unit. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen, fully stocked with dishes and cookware, a full size washer and dryer, and modern bathroom. You'll be able to enjoy the ocean breeze year round, but there's also a mini split with heating and AC for added comfort. A Roku TV is available for use with your streaming logins.

The space
The studio is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, towels, wash cloths, and an extra set of linens. The sinks and showers all use filtered water perfect for drinking and cooking. A pitcher and ice tray are provided as well. For nights in, enjoy the 50" Roku TV. Remember to BYOP (bring your own passwords) for your favorite streaming services. The Wi-Fi is 1000 mbps, which is ample speed for remote work or streaming.

You'll be centrally located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in San Diego, walkable to a number of restaurants and nightlife. Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and the newly renovated Lafayette Hotel are only a 10 minute drive away. Healthcare professionals, you'll be 10 minutes from the Naval Medical Hospital and Scripps Mercy. For amazing sunsets, the beaches and Sunset Cliffs are less than a 20 minute drive.
