I booked this for my parents for a break in Lisbon and they loved it. Beautiful little house, very clean and comfortable. Great location quiet but very near shops, bars and restaurants and the centre. Communication was extremely friendly and helpful. A representative met them on time and organised an airport transfer which was a great help as my parents are elderly. Fantastic! Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a great location. We had a very warm welcome when we arrived at the apartment and had access to lots of information about local attractions etc. Would highly recommend!

A really good location! About a 5 minutes walk to a main square Rossio, from which you can get the metro and the train. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Rua Augusta arch by the water, which again is a good reference point to getting to other areas of the city like Alfama and the Time Out Market. Be prepared to walk a lot and up a lot of inclines and stairs. It may be daunting at first, but it's the best way to experience the city and marvel at the stamina of the locals! There is a sweet little local shop a few houses down run by some nice locals that you can stock up the fridge with, very convenient!

Me and my best friends first stay abroad in an airbnb; it was a great stay However, I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people or three but people youre super comfortable with as the place is much smaller than we perceived it in the pictures. It meant we were drying our hair by the kitchen/lounge. and one person in the bedroom at the same time. It was a clean space with great amenities within the home although it would have been great to be supplied with a fan as it was very very warm on our stay and having small windows high up didn't help. The fridge needed defrosting and waiting for an hour for check in was our only issues we experienced. BW Gertrude

The apartment was in a good location although up quite a steep hill from Rossio square, where there is shops, cafes and restaurants. If you don't like walking I would stay more central (although uber is very cheap) The apartment was very clean and did look exactly like the pictures. There was a strong smell of damp in the apartment and I think this was coming from the rug as I couldn't see any damp anywhere. There is currently building work taking place opposite this apartment, generally not an issue as we were out during the day however the windows do not shut in the bathroom or bedroom so if it is loud there isn't much you can do to escape it. The apartment was very well equipped with pretty much everything you would need, including an iron, hair dryer and full oven plus a bottle of wine on arrival. My only complaint about this is the poor communication. I emailed the Owner before arrival and it took some time for a response. Once we were there we met a concierge lady would said just message if you need anything. Well I messaged asking if there was a way we could shut the window which she read and ignored. I emailed the owner to ask if we could check out later or if there was anywhere we could leave our bags before our 9pm flight, which was also ignored. Concierge did reply a couple of times but the responses were vague and unhelpful. However upon return I get an email from the owner straight away asking for a review. Communication did really let this apartment down. Overall a good trip and a nice apartment but even better if windows would shut (lots of Mosquitos coming in) the damp smell was gone and responses to emails and texts!

This is a nicely equipped apartment, clean and uncluttered with modern decor. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are very good and shower is excellent! Location is good for sightseeing, the street is quiet at night and has several small shops, and it's only a 10 minute walk to a main square, metro and train stations. Like everywhere else in Lisbon, the apartment is uphill, but taxis are cheap enough to take you home at night if your legs are tired! We had an issue checking in to the apartment at agreed time of arrival due to our concierge being late, but after some communications this inconvenience was resolved, and we were greeted with keys in an hour or so. Overall we were happy with our stay and would recommend.
