Start your morning right with the filter coffee maker.
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Approximately 800sf lower level unit features large open space, study, private full bath and laundry, and new full kitchen. Just steps to parks, trails and transit, and an easy stroll to downtown area with shops, restaurants and grocery. Single occupancy please. Please make sure to park respectfully and legally, and absolutely _no_ smoking of any kind, e-cigs or vaping are allowed on or near the property, please - Enjoy!

The space
One side of the open lower level of this detached home was recently renovated with a new, full kitchen, fresh carpeting and paint. The space also features a full bath and laundry room. There is a store room that I am decluttering for eventual inclusion as an office/den with the unit. We are just steps to bus lines, cafe and restaurants, and Sligo Creek's hiker-biker trail, and 1.5mi to the Takoma metro.

Guest access
Entry is on the East/ right side of the home via the lower level's entry door. You'll have the entire lower level of the home, minus a store-room, to yourself. The HVAC is shared, so if temperature adjustment is needed please let me know and I will do what I can. (It also means that we'll be immediately aware if, in a violation of house rules and AirBnB policy, there is any smoking, vaping etc.) Thanks!
