The villa is situated in a very quiet area, close to the lake and surrounded by gardens and lawns surrounded by greenery
It is located on the south side of Dervio and is therefore very sunny and bright even in autumn and winter
The lake with a spectacular gulf where the Lido di Dervio is located, with bars and sunbeds, the port of S.ta Cecilia, with sailing and surfing schools, boat and canoe hire, is a short walk from the villa
This is also the starting point for a stupendous 3 km long cycle/pedestrian path that runs along the lake along the entire Dervio peninsula, as well as the Sentiero del viandante (Wayfarer's Path), which runs for over 40 km along the entire eastern coast of Lake Como with stupendous landscapes overlooking the lake
