We didn't see Roxanne, I guess she was working, but the reception was excellent! As is the apartment. The reason I chose Airbnb this time instead of a hotel, was mostly to feel a bit more at home in a different city; that was absolutely the case.
I liked the neighborhood, particularly close to Cours Julien (cosy at night). There was no noise coming from the outside, we all had a good night's sleep! We were three people, cooked every day, worked out without any problems. I do have to add that maybe for four grown-ups, it might be a bit small (definitely if you're tall). Kids are a different story.
Make sure you don't forget towels (for you and for the dishes) and sleeping bags/sheets.
Even though we didn't see Roxanne, communication was great. If we had a question during our stay, the answer was always very fast and friendly. The one thing I might have to say is that I would doubt a little if you're allergic to dust. There's a ton of books (which is incredible), but they make for a lot of dust, obviously, and mostly on the high bed. But still; I have to say that that wouldn't keep me from going again. I loved loved loved the place, the three of us immediately felt at home. In a nutshell: I would definitely recommend it!
