About this listing
Lovely, new luxury apartment in the prestigeus Pozsonyi street, 10min from the Grand Boulvard and nightlife, yet in a very fancy green family-friendly environment. Built in 2015 with bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 3d tv. Read description!
Lovely, new, luxury apartment completely rebuilt and renovated in 2015 with the aim to create a little jewelry box for ourselves where someone can stay in full comfort for the night after a theater play or a party in the weekend.
We carefully chose the location to have a great balance between the proximity of nightlife/attractions and the calmness of the street. The flat is in the prestigious Pozsonyi street on the bank of the Danube 10mins walking from the Grand boulevard with its clubs, bars and theaters yet the street is very family friendly, calm and green, full with fancy restaurants, cafés (noteworthy is the Dunapark kávézó and the Sarkifűszeres) and the St. Stephen Park.
The flat is very modernly designed, with ambient lightning, leather sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a separable bedroom, balcony, 120cm Smart 3D tv, sound system, and 120Mb Wifi. This flat has literally been designed up to the standard what we wanted for ourselves with the comfort and quality of a hotel suit. To deliver the full experience we greet our guests with hospitality and coffee capsules for every day.
Interaction with guests
During and before your whole stay you can reach me on phone, email, sms in 24/7.. or alternatively in the nearby ’Sarki-fűszeres’ café over my university notes. I speak German English and Hungarian fluently and I am very dedicated and guest-oriented in this way as well so don't hesitate to ring me anytime.
The Pozyonyi street is the fanciest district to live on the Pest side. It is in the city center but it feels like being in a different city it is so calm, green and fresh. If it's important to you to be 15 mins close to all of Budapest's sights, pubs, Clubs, theaters, restaurants or museums but you want to go home to a quiet, family-friendly environment and have a good rest after being a hardcore tourist the whole day or night, the Pozyonyi street is your best option. It is reachable 24/7 through the 4-6 tram line and the apartment is surrounded by three parks including the St. Stephen Park. The street is full with restaurants and cafés as well.
Trolleybus is 50meters away. Metro is 5 minutes. The lifesaving 4-6 tram, with night ride is 10minutes on foot.

I'm Jason. A business student from Budapest who's very passionate about his city and travelling.
My relationship with Budapest started when I launched the Humans of Budapest page 3yrs ago. With it we wanted to show the world what a spectacular city ours is and partly this is also the reason why I am a host at Airbnb today as well. The other reason being my passion for travelling and tourism. I've spent months travelling around Europe and North America and I've also been studying in Hong Kong for half a year during my university studies (to be able to finance my next exchange year I need some hard cash though... and that's how you and I just met right now btw:)
I currently work for Asia's largest online travel agency as a project assistant, so I have some experience at tourism, but I hope you'll also experience it and not just read about it.
Other than that I'm a very friendly, open and helpful guy who is also open for criticism, so please, if you have any comment on the way I am doing things and delivering the services I should please feel free to let me know about it. I'd even appreciate it.
At your service.
