We had a great stay at Robert's place in SB! After our previous accommodation cancelled on us, we were lucky enough to find his place. The location is beautiful and quiet, while also close to downtown. Communication with Robert was efficient and helpful, as well!

Half the price of a 4 star hotel in Santa Barbara and twice the charm. A lovely getaway complete with kitchen and living room. Robert was a responsive host but also left me to enjoy my trip.

This bungalow is quaint and perfectly located in a nice, quiet neighborhood walkable to all the restaurans, shopping and beach. Bikes are perfect for all transportation needs! There's a small bodega two blocks away open late with a great selection of wine and beer, and there's huge park with a pond full of turtles a few blocks from that. The place is stocked with anything you'd need and has a large, eclectic outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. Robert was an awesome and easy going, a great communicator.

This is a great option near downtown Santa Barbara. Walkable to the many restaurants and attractions on State Street and to Alameda Park. The owner is nice and communicated very well. We would definitely stay here again!

My sister and I stayed at Robert's while in town for a wedding. It was perfect. We walked in and felt instantly at ease. The bungalow is roomy, comfortable... and well stocked with plenty of great smelling towels! ;) Robert gave us clear instructions and was easily available by text anytime we had a question, etc. Although we had a car with us, with ended up using uber for our evenings out, and it was never more than a few dollars to head downtown (the funk zone!). I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back!

Small cozy bungalow with a wonderful little garden and sitting area outside. Bright kitchen and bedroom with over head fans and Robert was a great host, prompt and explicit with directions and supports.

This was my second stay at Robert's and my wife, daughter and I had a great time again. I wrote an earlier review and would echo all my sentiments there. Great host, space, location, etc.
