1. Only paying guests are welcome on the property. We live on the property. For security reasons, we are aware of who comes and goes. Please reserve for the correct number of people to avoid embarrassment. We would like to keep the cost down for singles and couples by charging per person. Please do not abuse our desire to make this place affordable for everyone.

2. Please wash your own dishes. Be water-wise. Maid charges from your deposit $25/hour to wash your dishes.

3. Please turn off all electricity and turn off/down the heat/air when you are not in.

4. We are on our own septic system. It is more sensitive than what most city people are used to. Please do not flush anything unnecessary, including excessive toilet tissue, down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. It cost a lot to call the plumber.

5. Please do not eat in the bedrooms. This will help keep cleaning costs down. Our sheets and towels are white and will show the slightest stain. Our maid has to use strong chemicals to remove oily food stains.

6. Make sure the door is tightly closed. Critters from the land would love to share the warm house with you!

7. Please do not allow young children on the upper bunk.

8. Young children must be potty-trained or be in diapers. Cleaning from accidents will be taken from your deposit.

9. If you break anything, or if anything is not working efficiently, please notify me ASAP so that we can work something out and I am able to get things fixed before the next guests.

It is our pleasure to host you. Thank you for being considerate guests!

Staying on Jasmine's ranch for a couple of nights was such a lovely experience, and was the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of tourist destinations , cities and towns on our months travel around California. Our 21 month old was in heaven - with all the animals on and around the ranch and all of Jasmine's children's (who have grown up) old toys to play with... oh and the trampoline! Jasmine and her husband, are the friendliest, most welcoming Airbnb hosts I have ever met, with such interesting lives. They really went out of their way to make out stay comfortable. We wished we could have stayed longer. The house itself was lovely - great open plan, with so much space. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The bed was so comfy, with really good pillows. I slept so well there. If we are ever back in the area we would definitely return to Jasmine's ranch.

Jasmine was very helpful and the area is beautiful. The house was a great place for the weekend with my Grandson, since there was lots of room for play.

We had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's place. Traveling with a five year old and a six month old, we found her house to be just what we needed. Prior to our stay there we'd spent four nights in another rental that was just a studio, so having multiple bedrooms made for a much better night sleep. The beds were so comfortable. My son enjoyed jumping on the trampoline and playing tetherball and in the morning he spotted a rooster with glee. It was raining most of the time we were there so we didn't get to explore the ranch as much as we would have liked. We stayed at the ranch to be close to Gilroy Gardens, which was only a 15 minute drive away so it was perfect. Best of all, Jasmine was so friendly and kind upon our arrival and clearly knows what it's like to travel with children. We'd definitely stay there again!

Response from Jasmine:
Jill, it always warms my heart to see children awestruck by nature and having fun. I remembered being stuck in hotel rooms with 3 small kids. I wanted to make this place a home to come home to relax after a day's worth of activities. Thanks for your kind words :)

Jasmine and her family were wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We wish the weekend could be longer! We had more than we needed, and really enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise with the animals around the farm.

The ranch was so wonderful! It was so fun to just lay on the couch and look out the window and see the mountains or walk around the yard and enjoy the chickens and fruit trees. Our stay was so restful and Jasmine & family were so welcoming. Can't wait to come visit again next time we come through Gilroy!

Moving to Back-to-Eden Ranch was a dream come true for me. Slowly but surely, my husband and I are in the process of transforming this place into a paradise for our kids and grandkids. Although this involves much work and labor, it brings us joy to watch our grandchildren's contented faces all stained with juices from the tomatoes and berries they pick. Watching my younger kids diligently caring for their chickens assures me that they will grow up to be responsible adults. Although my partner-in-life – my beloved hubby – spends all his free time tending to this land, I know it is good for man to connect with his garden again. As for me, being a mother, a grandmother, a wife, a teacher, and everything else that I am reminds me I have a lot to thank God for in this life.
As a host: I like to give my guests their privacy. I think most guests just want a clean, peaceful place to relax.
