Located in the friendly area of rue Saint-Maur, close to the newly re-designed Place de la République, our cosy apartment can host six people. Its long flowered balcony offers a wonderful view over Paris and its roof landscape. Free underground parking space.
This 2/3 room apartment is nicely fit for 6 people. It has a double king size bed in the major bedroom, a large convertible sofa bed in the adjoining living room. A bunk bed for a teenager and a child's bed (my daughter is aged 3). My children have a large selection of toys they will be delighted to share with our visitors. Good fun ahead !
We offer a brand new unlimited super fast Internet and a telephone with free calls to over 50 countries!
Interaction with guests
If you have any questions in advance to your trip to Paris, (i.e. bookings for Eiffel Tower, places to mix not only with tourists but where Parisians go, museums and ongoing exhibitions, specific food requests, etc...), I will be delighted to help.
Other things to note
Noos and Oula are two gorgeous black cats. They will host you in a friendly manner but won't be able to show you around. They will gently beg you for food and water in the mornings and evenings. If you wish to share the apartment with them, we will make a 20€/day rebate. And everybody would be happy. Them too :-) Otherwise, they will be happy to visit our best friends while you enjoy your stay.
It is allowed to smoke on the nice balcony where you could sit and even enjoy a glass of wine with your cigarette looking upon a typical Parisian landscape with the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

I am a pure Parisian child, born and grown within the city. I am a journalist with a long experience in reporting abroad. I am the father of four and the grand father of three. I love traveling professionally and love sharing with my family the discovery of new and enriching cultures. My wonderful wife is thrilled at the idea of hosting visitors with whom we hope to share our passion of Paris.
