A self-contained annexe recently refurbished with separate entrance situated in a mature garden located beside the busy A33 road into Southampton with secure gated parking for one car. The annexe consists of a 3.4 X 4.0m living room/kitchen with a 2.8 X 3.2m rear bedroom with ensuite bathroom. It is well located for the airport and railway station, with bus stops to the city centre or Winchester on the road just outside.

The space
The self contained flat consists of a 3.4 X 4.0m kitchen/diner with TV, fridge, cooker, dining table and seating area. This also contains a futon which will extend into a full double bed.
Adjoining this is a 2.8 X 3.2m double bedroom at the rear with a bathroom including a shower over the bath. The bedroom has a backdoor with a small seating area.

Guest access
The house is located at the North of Southampton 5 minutes from the M3 and approximately ten from the M27.
The flat has easy access to the trains and airport, and is on the bus route into central Southampton.

Other things to note
The Annexe is located in the area know as the Bassett Triangle as the house was built by the well known Southampton Builders, Clifford and Harry Dibben in 1929. It was originally known as the 'White House' and had what was supposed to be a 'Chinese' look as the roof angles were flared. This is now somewhat hard to see!
Whilst we are on the main road with excellent buses to the City centre, you can hear some traffic noise in the front garden but the house is very quiet.
