Sleep in the bank director's office. The living room is in the expedition room.

Private entrance, own private parking space.

There are sleeping places for 6 people - but there can easily be more sleeping in the living room ( the old expedition room)

9 km from Sønderborg. Close to highway.

Brand-new kitchen from April 2026

The space
3 separate rooms. 2 of the rooms are with 2 single beds - 90x200. Last room is a double bed 150x200 (less than a normal double bed) . The old offices are converted to rooms.

Brand-new kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction hob.

Large living room ( the old expedition room in the bank) with dining area, soft furnishings and TV. Playstation, Google chromecast and of course free wifi.

In the hallway is the house's only bathroom – which is brand new, with a bath, wall-hung toilet and underfloor heating.

Other things to note
The house is located 9 km from Sønderborg. 2 km from the highway. Walking distance from Sundeved Assembly House. 5 min drive to Sandbjerg Estate. 8 min drive from Ballebro Færgekro.

5 min. walk to Daglig Brugsen, as well as the local bakery. Pizzeria is 600 meters from the house.

The owner doesn't live in the house next door. Owner is contacted via app.
