Apartaestudio 40Y on the 40th floor of 67 M2, located in the Cali Tower, the highest in the city. It has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and basic cooking utensils. It has a Queen bed and a bed base that slides under the main bed known as a niche. (Notify during working hours). It has a desk, dining room, hammock. Visitors are not allowed, rates are for 1 and 2 people, the third person onwards has an additional charge. There is a parking lot included.
The space
Keep in mind that we do not borrow items outside the apartment, does not bring iron, hair dryer, blender or corkscrew.
The company is completely independent in the Torre de Cali building, we are not Hotel and the company is not open 24 hours. Also note that the reception is not part of our equipment and also not the doorkeepers, please respect the rules of the building.
At check-in, specific check-in instructions will be given and an accommodation contract will also have to be signed with the Airbnb reservation summary and legal formalities (required by Colombia).
Guest access
Depending on the check-in time of each guest, different check-in instructions are given, so we recommend that guests notify us of their arrival times to properly manage the reservation.
Other things to note
Important details of our home is that we are not Plaza Hotel Torre de Cali and we are also not a hotel. We are a company that rents aparttastudios for short or long stays, in the Torre de Cali building, but we do not offer breakfast or daily cleaning service, unless the guest wants to pay for an additional cleaning.
*After the 3rd person there is an additional value, please specify in the reservation how many people will enter the accommodation.
* Visitors are not allowed if someone wants to enter the accommodation they will have to pay an additional 80,000 COP.
*At the time of booking, information will be requested of the guests who will be hosted (photo of their passport or of the Colombian ID, email and residence address).
*Keep in mind that as a company and common system we must collect the VAT tax decreed by the national government as of January 2023. If you would like to request reimbursement of this tax, you must do so directly to the relevant authorities.
*No smoking and drug use.
*No parties or excessive noise, please respect the neighbors.
*If any damaged items are found or the stained lingerie (towels, sheets, etc.) there will be an additional charge.
* We don't provide food service or daily cleaning.
