The cottage is very well located in the hamlet of Vivier, preserved, quiet, surrounded by nature with a beautiful view of the Tenneverge.
It is 500 m from the center of Sixt Fer à Cheval, access shuttles to Samoëns and the Grand Massif ski area. Sixt is one of the most beautiful villages in France due to its architecture and classified natural sites.
Summer is the starting point for many hikes or bike rides, and a multitude of activities (climbing, via ferrata, rafting).

The space
This home for 6 people is located on the ground floor of a chalet whose first floor is also available for rent for 4 people.
It includes a kitchen living room, two bedrooms, a shower room and an annex ski room with a washing machine.
If the outdoor tables and chairs are not out, you will find them in the ski room.

Guest access
You can park when you arrive by the road passing by the Vivier bridge after the Sixt exit, on the left just after the first turn on the last parking spaces (gravelled space limited by the passage of the stream). Or if you arrive by passing in front of the cemetery, in the same place, but suddenly on the right.
Ski equipment is to be left in the annex a little higher than the chalet (annex see photo 19).
There's a snow shovel there if you need it.
