Welcome to a cute Parisian studio with modern comfort, situated in the most charming neighbourhood of Paris: Montmartre. Perfect for a couple or a single person, with two breathtaking views!

The space

Really well located , this is the perfect place to be in the heart of Montmartre.

My place is located 5min away walking from the Sacré-Coeur, Pigalle, The Moulin Rouge, Place des Abbesses and Gare du Nord.
By underground, you'll be 10 minutes from the Opera or the Champs Elysées and 15 minutes from the Louvre, Saint Germain des Près and Beaubourg.

The studio is perfect for two (22 square meters). You'll wake up in front of the Eiffel tower and the Parisian roofs and if you're fed up of it, you just have to turn to see the Sacré-Coeur church through the opposite window! With 3 windows and 2 skylights, the studio is very bright.

Here are some nice addresses in the neighbourhood:
• Pomodoro - A nice Italian restaurant (20 rue la Vieuville)
• Koff - Good burgers (15 Rue la Vieuville)
• La P'tite Soeur - Good French brunch, homemade & cosy. Tapas bar from 5pm (15 Rue des Trois Frères)
• Au rendez-vous des amis - A great bar (23 rue Gabrielle)
• Coquelicot - The best bakery! I recommend you to have a breakfast inside (24 rue des Abbesses)

There are a lot of other nice addresses in my online guide :)

But I recommend you to walk and discover by yourselves nice restaurants and cafés, there are many around my place and I don't know all of them. Just an advice if you want to find nice restaurants, avoid those that are nearby the Sacré Coeur, they’re really touristic and not good.

To go shopping there are a Monop Daily, a Carrefour Market, a A2Pas and many groceries in the neighbourhood.

Welcome!

Guest access

You'll live in the entire studio, which means the main room and the bathroom.

Interaction with guests

During your stay, I'll be most of the time available by phone or email. In the case of an emergency, I or a relative will be in Paris to help you.

Other things to note

BE CAREFUL : As it's an old building, there's no elevator and you have to take a couple of stairs to see the view.

This was my first time using airbnb, so I was a little nervous. Louise assuaged all my worries. She quickly responded whenever I had any questions, and her apartment is AMAZING. Seriously amazing! This trip to Paris was the first time my boyfriend Kyle and I have ever traveled together, and we both feel super lucky to have been able to stay in such a special space. The views are honestly probably one of the best views you could possibly have in Paris. The front windows face the rooftops of Paris along with the Eiffel Tower, where we got to watch the light show every night from the comfort of the bed. The window in the kitchen has a gorgeous view of Sacre Coeur! It was truly amazing. The apartment is at the very top floor of the building, which has pros and cons. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons! The main con is that it is many many steps to get to the apartment because it is on the 6th floor. But my boyfriend and I are both in our 20s, so we did not mind the daily hike up and down. But being on the top level of the building meant you got gorgeous views, and the skylights in the bedroom and bathroom gave the apartment beautiful light. That helped us to more quickly adjust to Paris time (we are both from the US!). When the windows were opened, the apartment got a wonderful cross-breeze that quickly cooled off the apartment. There was only one day where I think the temperature was ~80F and we opted to close the windows and instead use the fan. There is no AC (as far as I know) but we did not feel the need to use it. The bed was very comfortable, and there were many pillows so that I could pick one that suited me best (and I am picky). I never had troubles sleeping on the bed. The kitchen was well-stocked, which allowed us to cook from home and save some money. The bathroom was clean and suited our needs just fine. Kyle and I both feel like we discovered a hidden gem by staying here. We loved spending time in Montmartre and were able to get all over Paris no problem. We have bragged so much already about how much we lucked out with such a great place to stay during our time in Paris. I seriously won some big points with my boyfriend for finding this listing, haha. We both look forward to using airbnb again in the hopes that we find a place as wonderful as this. Louise even provided a local guide with suggestions for local food and activities. I know I sound like a broken record, but Kyle and I can't believe what a great deal this apartment was. We were considering staying at a private room in a nearby hostel, and this apartment was actually the cheaper option. This was worth every...

Everything as advertised and more! Stairs took awhile but view was totally worth it as these other reviews say

Much has already written about the stairs to this apartment, and the 134-step spiral staircase provides a daily aerobic workout. Once inside, the front and rear aspects looking out to the eiffel tower and sacre Coeur make the climb worthwhile. A cosy studio with everything you need for a long weekend

We had an excellent stay at Louise's place. The view from the apartment is amazing, you wake up with the view on the Eiffeltower. There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment but for us it was absolutely doable. The communication with Louise was very good, she always replied immediately and even if we hadn't have the chance to meet, she organized well the hand-over of the keys etc. Thanks Louise for the amazing time!

You must stay at Louise's beautiful home - the views are simply incredible and even better than from the Sacre Coeur itself. Louise was also very helpful and replied to any questions promptly. There are A LOT of stairs so if that would be a struggle for you then I would advise not to stay but the views are 100% worth it. The flat was also very clean and tidy plus in a great location in the area.
