This is a very cute apartment and made a good base for my family's visit to the Cotswolds. Everything was very well set up and user friendly. Space is limited but there was still enough room for us to get clothes and suitcases stowed so that they were not in the way. There are good train connections to the local village from London and local bus connections to other local villages. Some nice attractions within walking distance too. Charmaine was quick to respond to all requests. Thanks for having us.

Booked this apartment for my parents for their 60th birthday - they loved it! Such a great location for wondering around and not far from the lovely Daylesford. Me and my siblings joined them for the second night and it fit us all, just! Small but sweet, thank you Charmaine x

We had a lovely stay in Charmaine's house. It had everything we needed for a cosy weekend. The beds were really comfortable and the upstairs area is very well thought out given the small space. The village itself has the true Cotswolds charm we were looking for, with easy rail links from London and yet not too touristy! The house is round the corner from a Tesco Express and co-op and there are lots of cafes/tea rooms nearby. The road is easy to find and we recognised the house from the pictures, but you may need to offer additional directions to your taxi or delivery driver as the name/ number system is set apart from the rest of the road's numbers so an old lady down the road almost got our pizzas! Batsford arboretum is a couple of hours round trip walking and the more touristy Cotswold villages are a bus ride away. We had an excellent Sunday roast at the Swan Inn!

We enjoyed our stay at The Old Curiosity Shop. It has been well thought out and furnished and uses space well. Everything was ready for us and the explanations about how to get in and guidance on the plumbing was clear. It is a good base for exploring Moreton on the Marsh and the lovely countryside all around. We had a comfortable stay.

We were a group of 5 friends and we had a great time here. Very nice place in a great location. Charmaine was very thoughtful, contacting me a few days prior to our arrival to make sure we would arrive without any issues.
