I've decided not to charge a cleaning fee because so far every guest has been respectful of this home that I love so much. Keep the trend going! :)
My favorite part about my home is the location. Be sure to enjoy Salt Lake City all in walking distance (or a cheap Lyft/Uber ride).

Lexi's place was awesome! My wife and I had a banging time! The place was picked up and clean, the lights were amazing, and it was super comfy. Lexi is very responsive and kind. She even made a congratulatory card for us as this was our honeymoon. Overall it was a great and easy stay! Highly recommended.

Lexi's place was the perfect spot for our group of 3 to stay in SLC. Location is just NW of the downtown area, fairly walkable to the Temple, Capital, Downtown and main street. It is a vintage apartment and has some quirks but was very comfortable for our group for a 4 night stay. Also Lexi was an excellent host and had all kinds of great recommendations. She sent us on an excellent hike to Doughnut Falls and had a lot of great dining/entertainment tips. Followed a number of her recs and enjoyed every one of them. Thanks for an awesome stay, would rent again!

Lexi's place was SUPER comfortable. My husband described it as a cave because it's so cozy inside. It was warm the whole time and the fan she provided kept it from getting stuffy. Lexi did an awesome job decorating the place - very homey. I will say our experience had somewhat of a dorm vibe. The apartment building is full of college-age tenants. We couldn't often hear them from inside the unit, but when we were outside there were college kids hanging out kids. I wouldn't call the space modern, but definitely charming! It is an older building and Lexi has made the most of it by furnishing very well. It's important to note that the laundry facilities are shared with the building. You have to go outside of the unit to access the washer and dryer, which come out to about $2 per load as the dryer has to be run multiple times. Bring quarters! Our car was broken into on the last night of our stay there. The theft was completely out of Lexi's control and we don't hold it against her whatsoever. I bring it up only to advise future guests to bring all of their belongings inside with them. Our car was locked and it didn't stop someone from getting in. We were parked behind the building rather than on the street. Overall we had a positive experience!

Lexi's place is tucked back into a unique area of homes, and we enjoyed the individual style of her apartment. We were in and out of SLC, but if we had more time the apartment is set up with all the amenities to have a relaxing stay. Lexi was flexible with our arrival time as we were driving in and hit some traffic on the way. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I love meeting new people which is why I host for Airbnb, drive for Lyft, and own a video production company. I love to be outdoors hiking, camping, boating, and fishing. But I also love a night out on the town. That's why Salt lake is the perfect place for me.
I love to travel, more than anything, and I enjoy experiencing different cultures. I believe that life is all about connecting with people. If you stay in my home you are instantly family.
