The space
Our property offers the perfect base for your La Jolla getaway. Enjoy modern amenities, a spacious layout, and easy access to dining, shops, and local attractions like the seals at La Jolla Cove and the restaurants and shops of La Jolla Village and Bird Rock village. We are steps to the La Jolla Walking and Biking trail! The ideal spot for relaxation and adventure!

Perfect location for families, dogs, and a walk, run or bike ride on the La Jolla trail! North on the path you will discover the shops and restaurants of La Jolla Village. South on the path you will end up in the popular village of Bird Rock. Either direction you will find great coffee houses, restaurants, groceries and shopping. Located at the bottom of Palomar is the well known Windansea Beach. Great for surfers!

Remodeled with a state of the art commercial grade kitchen. As for the rest of the main house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Starting with the master en suite, which is upstairs. It has a California king bed and has French doors that open to ocean views! Beautiful sunset views!! It has a walk in shower with a separate bathtub. His and her sinks. It also has his and hers walk-in closets. There are two bedrooms downstairs as well. One has a king bed and the other a queen bed. One has French doors that open to a backyard to enjoy your morning coffee.

The main living space has wood and Spanish tile floors and a high ceiling. There are two sets of French doors. One opens to the front patio and the other to the back patio. Right off of the main living area is what we call the library. A great place to relax and read a book.

Enjoy the sounds of our fountain right outside of the dining room where you can sit and relax. The breezeway provides just that, a beautiful refreshing breeze.

There are two driveway parking spots and street parking available.

We are from San Diego. We are looking to spend a lot of time in CR and our daughter is coming to visit us while we are there. We all love to do lots of things. Exploring, hiking, meeting locals, enjoying local cuisine, waterfalls, snorkeling, birds and wildlife, photography, etc. With only a couple of days with you we plan on being quite busy.
