Jennifer and her group are good people, kind and helpful, we tried to accommodate them at best, we had availability in the same complex of the similar apartment for furniture but bigger than the one they booked, in the apartment there are 7 steps the same ones that are even in the apartment they booked to climb in room 3 and, but this apartment with a private terrace overlooking the Duomo, we have made them a great up at the exact same price, we always try to offer the best to our guests for us it is important , I would like to find someone who has a kind gesture when I arrive abroad, it is the way in which we conceive this activity. On the day of check out, the guests did not leave the apartment, and they did not give us any communication, we had a cleaning person, stopped 2 hours and a half in front of their door, having to pay extra for the time extra cleaning. In addition the guest has left some damage in the apartment. If the guest asks us we try to delay the cleaning so as to get them out of the apartment for free, but if we are not warned, it is cost for us to have a person in front of a door without being able to do his job. Jennifer agreed to only pay the minimum cost of late check out, there was a bed of white leather with ink. and not for the damage done.
