The space creates a harmonious connection for indoor and outdoor living and is bright all year round even in Winter/Spring when our home is available. It's a perfect retreat for entertaining and outdoor BBQs.
The main bedroom offers a Queensize bed and ensuite bathroom with shower plus cupboard space.
The second bedroom offers a Queensize bed plus ample cupboard space.
The third bedroom is set up for a toddler/small child who can sleep comfortably in a cot (with the side removed) and is welcome to enjoy all the toys in the space.
The main designer bathroom includes a walk in shower with a big luxury shower head and a large bath tub. Perfect for a retreat after a day-out.
High-speed wi-fi is set up throughout the home.
The laundry includes washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

Located in iconic East Brighton, just 2.5km from the beach (Port Philip Bay) and close to the restaurant/bar scene of Martin St Brighton as well as close to St Kilda, Elwood, Prahran and Windsor and only 12km from the city centre.
The train station is within 7 mins walking distance offering easy access to explore and you can be in Melbourne CBD in just 20 minutes. 2 bikes are available for use plus car parking is available on the property.
This is our much-loved family home and so we simply ask you to treat it with love also.
The home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 which could be 2 adults, 2 children and a toddler or 4 adults and a toddler. Please let me know if you would like extra guests.

On departure, please load and turn on the dishwasher and hand wash any pots and pans and place garbage and recycling in the outdoor bins provided.
