Welcome to your secluded Incline Village retreat, a spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home where mountain elegance meets comfort. Nestled on a quiet street, this inviting getaway invites you to settle in and enjoy its premium features. The main floor is your hub for gathering, with an open living space that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Wolf oven and stovetop, espresso machine, and wine fridge—perfect for preparing meals or a cozy night in. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room seats 6 and features a bar with a large wine fridge, ideal for entertaining. The living room, centered around a wood-burning fireplace, offers ample seating with a large sectional and additional chairs, making it perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day on the slopes. Step outside to the upper deck, where an outdoor dining area and gas BBQ provide the setting for memorable meals under the stars.

On the lower level, all 4 bedrooms create private, restful retreats for each guest. The master suite is a sanctuary in itself, featuring a king bed, gas fireplace, and private en-suite bathroom complete with a steam shower, sauna, and freestanding bathtub. This suite also opens to the lower deck, offering a peaceful outdoor escape. Additional bedrooms include a spacious king room with an en-suite, a queen bedroom, and a fun full-over-full bunk room, each equipped with Smart TVs for entertainment.
