This cozy mother-in-law apartment is nestled in a great area in Draper, close to the mountains!

Whether it be for a short stay or a long stay in Salt Lake Valley, let this be your landing base!

With two cozy bedrooms, a full-service kitchen and bath, an in-unit washer and dryer, and off-street driveway parking, it doesn't get any better than that!

BE sure to read more below so you understand the space. There ARE steep stairs down to the basement so you must be able to go up and down stairs

The space
You will have an entire private basement apartment with own entrance . NOTE *** there are steeper metal stairs going down into the unit . IF you are unable to walk up and down stairs this unit may not be for you.
Non-shared space. Mark the long time owner lives above in the main portion of the house! There are two off street driveway parking spots and free street parking as well.

The home has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom that has a streaming TV.

NOTE: There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the apartment. There is central AC and Heat but the temperature is controlled remotely in the main house. We can adjust to whatever your needs are. There are also fans and space heaters if needed.


There is a very cozy living room area with large streaming smart TV.

Utah has a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
