The space
To take into account: Each guest must make the payment of the access handle at the time of registration at the reception, it has a value of $20,000 Colombian pesos per person and the payment methods are: debit card and credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Morros Eos Building in Serena del Mar, it has all the amenities to accommodate up to 8 people.

-2 room: Two single beds. Bathroom in front of the room.
-3 room: One queen size bed. Bathroom in front of the room.
-4 room: One double bed and one single bed. Private bathroom.

- A garbage bag in each box at the time of delivery, after this equipment is finished the guest must buy it.
-Washing of dishes and sponge at the time of delivery, after this equipment is finished the guest must buy it.
Guest access
The building has a large area of swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, fully equipped gym, direct access to the beach, children's pool, children's games, private covered parking, lifts, private security 24/7, environments and open spaces facing the sea. Ideal for families with children, couples or working groups.
The building has direct exit to "Playa Murallas", to make the prior reservation of chairs, tents, umbrellas and/or parasols, they must approach directly on the beach when it is tourist low season, and for high season it must be done through the App "My community SDM", the user and key of the apartment will be sent on the day of their arrival.
On the other hand, before reaching the building about 5 minutes away by taxi, you will find the Mall Ramblas, where you can find a great variety of restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, etc., to buy basic items during their stay, they make addresses and in the apartment they will find a magazine with their respective phones. You can also download the Rappi App.
For transportation, they can access the 24 hrs taxi station at Hotel Meliá, or download the "InDrive" App, there are all drivers available in the area and have the option to negotiate rates.
Other things to note
Once the reservation is confirmed, they must send the following information in order to authorize their entry into the building: (FIRST and last NAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENCE ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and CITY)
CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED AFTER THE GUEST LIST IS SUBMITTED.
This information must be sent (2) two days in advance, and they will be at the building's front desk when they arrive they only need to provide their ID in physical form.
They will provide them with a wrist wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. They must wear the handle during their stay so that they can enter and leave the building without problem, we do this for safety in the building.
I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only those registered in advance on the guest list.
Our guests can enjoy the social areas of the building (Pools, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gymnasium) in the hours established by the building regulations that are from 8 am to 7 pm.
