Extended visitor, or relocating, this is real S.F. Living.
Location, is second to none, situated in an old Victorian home converted into apartments in the 1920's featuring period moldings, nice views of the bay, set back off the street in a quite tranquil retreat after a busy day touristing about the city and Bay Area. If your familiar with the book Tales of the city, well this leaps out as that San Francisco feel. All visitors, friends, family, and previous long term tenants all speak of our garden retreat as being unique and magical.

Rules and Regulations: All residents are required to comply with the specific covenants, conditions, and restrictions or house rules applicable to the rental property. No excessive parties, loud noise or behavior likely to be considered a nuisance is permitted.
Use of Rental Unit: Unit shall be used solely and exclusively for private residence purposes, and shall be occupied only by the persons specified. Guest (Tenant/Guarantor) agrees not to assign this agreement or sublet the Premises or any portion of the Premises. This obligation of Guest is intended as a strict and absolute prohibition against subletting and assignment and may not be waived by either party.
Reserved Rights: Absent written instructions to the contrary, resident hereby grants to the owner of the premises or the owners agent authorization to enter the unit subject to the following conditions: (a) Make necessary or agreed upon repairs, cleaning, alterations or improvements following resident's request or 24 hour notice (b) Emergency situation (c) Show unit for releasing after notice to vacate has been given & with 24 hour notice.
Maintenance Of Premises: Guest (Tenant) will at their own expense, and at all time(s) maintain the Premises in a clean and sanitary manner and abide by all rules regarding maintaining condition of the Premises, in as good condition as received, normal wear and tear is expected. Burns, stains, holes or tears in the carpeting, draperies or walls do not constitute reasonable wear and tear.
Parking: There is no parking available at this property
Laundry: the laundry is a coin operated washer and dryer, shared with other units, owner is not responsible for loss or damage of any items used in the machines.
Cable TV & Hi-speed internet: units are equipped with cable TV and Hi-speed internet. Access codes for wifi will be available upon arrival.
Nonsmoking: Tenant is advised that the unit, as well as all building common areas, are nonsmoking. Smoking is therefore prohibited in the rental unit as well as in all common areas of the apartment building.
