Ostria is a cozy and spacius one room apartment (studio), only 100m away from a sandy beach. Just outside there is a small patio where you can relax and a sourounding garden. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly, you can find everything you need within a walkable distance! Due it’s strategic position, can be a great start point to visit the rest of the island. Perfect for any type of guests; the ones who love to explore and the ones who love to relax! Ideal for couples.

The space
Ostria studio is an independed and spacious apartment. Has privet kitchen and bathroom, and it is fully equipped for a comfort stay. Inside the room there is a double bed, and there is the possibility to add a single bed or a baby cot upon request. There is a kitchen table and chairs inside and an outdoor table and chairs in the garden. It is has south orientation with exit to the garden. On the basement there is a shared washing machine. There is also a playroom – artspace on the basement of the building, in shared use with the other apartments!

The famous Cretaquarium is only 20 minutes walking (a pleasant walk by the sea) as well as Dinosauria, a children’s favorite theme park. The sea is sandy and shallow, perfect for kids. Kokkini Chani is a popular summer destination among local and foreign people. The coast line, full of small gulfs, is suggested for long evening walks by the sea. For those who prefer to relax by the sea with comfort, you can enjoy your coffee or drink on the free offered sun beds and umbrellas on the cafeterias nearby (something that by the way we find very welcoming!)
