Charged Services ;
* The additional cleaning fee is 25$. Cleaning of the apartments including dry cleaning of the bedding and towels.Let us know 2 days ago, if you like additional cleaning during your stay.( You should take your expensive and private belongings with you on the day of cleaning. You are responsible for your personal belongings.)
* The car park next to the apartments.( fee is daily 20$)
* If you would like to receive additional guest services during your stay (I.e. Airport transfer, personal laundry, ironing service ), you may inform us before and /or after your arrival.
Rules and Conditions :
* It is located on the 5th floor.There is no elevator.
* There are cafe&bars and clubs so you hear music on the neighborhood during the day&night. If you are sensitive about öusic noise please dont make reservation otherwise we wont refund you because of that reason.
* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
* Smoking (Cigarettes,hookah,shisha) is prohibited in the building and in the flat. Therefore, if you want to cancel the reservation, you can cancel it free of charge within 12 hours on the same day you made the reservation.
* No candles or open flames.
* No video productions.
* NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* No shoes inside the home.
* We have a strict no smoking policy indoors.Please, do not smoke rooms and the building.We do not want to discriminate smokers, but the damage or smell caused by smoking will disturb the guest that will be staying.Smoking hookah / sisha is strictly prohibited ($500 penalty fee in case of smoking and hookah smoking)And BBQ or any kind, and any other flame from charcoal or wood( or any other substance ) in the house is also a restriction
* Guests must respect the safety and peace of the building and the other guests.
* For long term stays, paid cleaning service can be provided, upon request.
* No Additional guest and visiter inside the house then the amount listed on our original reservation. Meaning if you book for 2 people you can not have more than 2 at the house at all times. You will be required to notify me of any additional extra guest.
* You need to provide passport information on check-in day for registration.
* ( In accordance with the relevant articles of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774 ,there is an obligation to notify the law enforcement about accommodation activities.)
* In case of use against our rules, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.
* Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
* If you lose your Airbnb keys as a guest, You should pay for a replacement key, lock change, or any other cost associated with the lost key. If you forget inside 20$ or if you lost keys 40$ for lock change.
