Deux chambres fermées avec lits queen. Un divan-lit (grandeur queen) dans le salon. Une 3e chambre fermée est disponible, mais sans lit (vous pouvez mettre un matelas au sol par exemple).

Interaction with guests

L'appartement est au 2e étage. Nous habitons le rez-de-chaussé. Nous sommes donc à proximité en cas de problème, et nous sommes disposés à vous partager nos bonnes adresses.

The neighbourhood

Quartier St-Roch, très dynamique, plusieurs boutiques et restaurants à proximité, en particulier sur les rues St-Joseph et St-Vallier.

Getting around

Plusieurs trajets d'autobus à proximité (5 minutes de marche et moins).
Nous n'avons pas de stationnement privé, il faut stationner dans la rue. Il est assez simple trouver une place à proximité durant le week-end, mais durant la semaine, il faudra parfois prévoir un stationnement payant (environ 10 minutes à pied).

The appartement is just perfect. Quite big, in excellent condition, really clean and with a very good decoration. To be honest we could live here ! There are also very nice touch like the old Marantz amp with HiFi speakers and line connection for the smartphone and the ton of storage in old authentic drawers. The kitchen is very functional and clean, as the bathroom. Pierre is very friendly and the communication has been perfect. The only little thing which removes a star is the fact that the appartement is not very close to the city centre . The bus station is quite close but currently it is a bit far if you want to walk especially with kids. Ah yes, and there is a very good Japanese ramen restaurant just nearby and a supermarket not far as well. Overall the family are is very happy about the stay and we recommend Pierre's place to everyone.

Let's begin with the location of the appartment which is very close to central streets with nice shops and restaurants that we enjoyed very much! The appartment is located in a XIX building fully renovated with the best taste, accuracy and attention about needs and details. There is plenty of room and the spaces are huge! The appartment is for hosting only so there is no personal staff or objects of the owners around. The owners were most helpful, left indications, recommendations, maps for the guests' use. Everything is well organized. We enjoyed the place so much we would live there if possible. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay, the apartment was clean and thoughtfully set up, our daughter loved her space, we'll have to come back during warmer weather so we can explore the neighborhood more.

This place is clean, nice, and modern. Walking distance to resturants. I highly recommend the resturant close by called Batti Bassak ( reservation needed). Great atmosphere and very good food for the price.

The apartment is spacious, lovely, and very clean with lots of light. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and cute bathtub. The hosts, Pierre and Guylaine, are extremely amiable, helpful, and at your disposal. Upon arriving, Guylaine gave us a tour of the house, gave us directions to city attractions, and helped us with parking and our bags! Their (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) doc and AirBnB guide to their favourite spots in the neighborhood was helpful and much appreciated.
