Plenty of parking available in our parking lot. No assigned parking.
No trailers are allowed due to HOA restrictions.

PET POLICY:
* $75 pet fee per stay
*2 dogs per reservation unless you have prior approval.
*We require proof of current rabies vaccination and vet-issued flea/tick medication. Failure to provide this information can result in reservation
cancellation.
*DO NOT LOCK DOGS IN BEDROOM OR IN BATHROOM!
*Please bring your own plastic bags to pick up pet waste from the yard. You
MUST clean up after your pet each time.
If our cleaning team has to pick up after your pet, it will result cleanup fee of ($500).
*In order to keep bed covers clean and sanitary, we ask that you bring flat
sheets from home to cover all upholstered furniture and top of bed coverings.
*Do NOT allow your dog on our provided bed sheets, quilts, etc.
If you do allow your pet on the bed, please REMOVE our linens, fold, and place on the
in one of the drawers of the dresser.
*In addition, if your dog sleeps on the bed with you, please bring your own
sheets and blanket from home (all beds use King and Queen sheets).
* If pet hair is on sheets/linens, we have to throw them away and you will be
charged with full replacement costs.
*We cannot reuse guest sheets with dog hair on them.
*If our linens must be replaced, you will be charged for the linens.
*Our fireplace is out currently 10/22/25 due to a gas leak. All gas has been cut off to the complex while the gas company completes repairs*
