Modern, stylish and spacious. This fully renovated townhouse is immaculate and conveniently situated approximately 150 metres flat walk to Hastings Street, main beach and gourmet cafes.
Situated directly behind Hastings Street is the river suburb of Noosa Sound. As its name suggests, it is a waterfront community situated on the Noosa River. The network of streets in Noosa Sound have been created to maximise the waterfront potential of this area.

The space

This renovated townhouse, has the living and outdoor areas on the ground floor and features open plan new kitchen, dining and living room, with lovely bi fold doors opening directly on to the courtyard, BBQ area, direct access to the pool. Downstairs also includes a powder room and laundry facilities. Upstairs features lovely hardwood floors with a large Master Bedroom, walk in robe and new ensuite, two further bedrooms both with built in robes plus a new large family bathroom (including bath).

The outdoor courtyard adjoins the pool area and it is ideal for entertaining. Open plan living, which includes digital LCD TV, tastefully refurbished and furnished, there is a large air conditioning unit which filters throughout the entire apartment.

This is a great house for a family holiday in an ideal location.

Guest access

Guest will have access to the whole unit and the communal swimming pool.
