The accommodation forms part of the former Seatower Mansion once home to Scotland's Solicitor General, Lord Hunter.
The building was constructed around 1874 and spent it's life as a private residence, the Seatower Hotel and latterly it was converted into four apartments.
This apartment forms the entirety of the north wing retaining many original and quirky features and the only apartment to have access via the main front door.
The upper floor of the apartment is a spacious area and will be exclusively used by the guests. The bedroom has ample storage space with built in wardrobes, a King sized bed and views over Racecourse Road and the front lawn. The private formal lounge on the upper floor offers views across Ayr bay and over to the island of Arran. The lounge also has scope to accommodate an additional two guests if required. Also for exclusive use is the upper bathroom with tub and shower over.
On the lower floor guests will be able to access a kitchen if required as well as laundry facilities.
The property is located centrally in Ayr with a short walk to the local train station giving direct access to Troon in 15 minutes. Trains depart 3/4 times per hour.
Seatower Mansion is situated close to Ayr Beach as well as Bellisle & Seafield golf course being around a 5 minute stroll away.
This private floor will give plenty of space for up to four people.
Guests will be issued with a key upon arrival to allow access to the property as and when required.
