We really enjoyed our stay in this charming house. Pietro is very kind and welcoming. The house is clean, comfortable, and very quiet. The WiFi is great. The location is perfect; six-minute walk from the city walls and a few minutes from the Conad grocery store. We highly recommend this house.

SImone's place is part of an old farmhouse with a rustic feel to it. We were made to feel very welcome and the position suited our requirements. It was a six minute walk to the gate of the walled town of Volterra. We had an enjoyable stay.

I stayed with Pietro for a week with my family. Pietro was very helpful at arrival, even though we were terribly late because of a delayed flight. The house is charming with the small garden in front of the house. The house is near the city walls, just 20 mins walk away, and it has a supermarket close by, so a perfect location in Volterra. I can recommend staying at the villa.

It was great. Lovely house in a quiet, secluded location just a few minutes outside the heart of Volterra's old city. Everything in the house was great. I needed help trying to find something out from the post office, and Pietro called for me and spoke to them in Italian. That was very helpful. All in all, a terrific place that I would be happy to stay in again.

I stayed here for a week with my parents. The very spacious apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and the wifi was strong. We had autonomy of the apartment, however Pietro lives next door and was happy to help if needed. The location of this apartment was fantastic! It is a five minute walk from the gates of Volterra and in a few minutes to the other direction there is a Conad supermarket. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
