214 Falls Circle was a very comfortable home to rent for a ski weekend. Loved the outdoor fire pit, perfect for cooler winter nights to hang out and toast some Smores. The pool table was a big hit with all guests! Two fully functioning bathroom, perfect for bigger parties like mine. There is a loft space (not pictured) which could be a 3rd bedroom was great as we thought some guests would have to sleep in the living room and other guests be cautious with making noise. Down fall was getting into community, at front gate as not all guests names were provided to security. Also, the tv/entertainment system takes some getting used to and could be a little simpler for non tech savvy people. There did not seem to be cable tv, only local channels. Available Netflix saved the day!! Local property manager, Victoria was very pleasant to deal with and assisted in remedying any issues had. (Minimal). Overall pleasant experience, minor loose ends to tweak for a smooth and perfect stay!

This is a great place to stay with family or a group friends and is very close to Shawnee Mountain. Great for a winter sports get away. I'm sure it's great in the spring and summer also. I loved the fire pit. It was super easy to use, just turn on the gas. I left some skewers there for the next person that wants to roast some marshmallows for some late night smores. The grill was also great and very easy to use. This home had all the amenities (non stick pots and pans, plenty of towels, toilet tissue, easy to wash plates and a dishwasher). The beds were comfy and the entire home was very cozy for winter get aways. The only.... And I really mean ONLY con about this place was a slight odor when we first arrived that might have been coming from the plumbing since the home was sitting for a little while. We just opened a few windows and then we were good for the rest of our stay. Other than that I would definitely recommend this home to others.

The house was very clean and cozy. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful setting. I do, however have a few complaints. 1. Our names were not provided to the gate keeper when we checked-in, which resulted in a frustrating long delay after a long drive. 2. We were not provided a pass for the community, so we had to manually check in with the gate keeper every time we left and re-entered the development. This is a big community, so the wait to check back in was as long as 15 min at times. 3. The house offered a very nice grill and outdoor gas fireplace, but the propane tanks were empty, so could not be used unless we did a propane exchange at the local store. 4. The house has a nice wood burning fireplace, but wood was not provided. It has been provided at other air b&b places I've stayed. 5. I requested a 1pm check in instead of 3 and was told there was a $100 fee for early check-in. This is pretty tacky considering how much I had already paid.

The neighborhood is a bit eclectic with visitors from around the area. There was a loud party at the pool with a lot of drinking so not the best environment for a family. It was an easy drive to many area attractions.

First, I will say that the booking process with Grand Leisure Travel (GLT) was efficient and professional. Their communication (mostly with Skye) was succinct and timely. Now for the unfortunate negatives… We have rented residences in Saw Creek multiple times over the last few years—this was our first experience staying in “The Falls” townhouse portion. This was a last minute booking, with limited availability, so we went with this home. A few things that made our stay less than splendid: -The guard gate did not have our information prior to arrival, as it should have been, so we were denied entry to Saw Creek. After reaching out to GLT, this was quickly rectified. -As soon as we walked in, we heard the smoke/CO detector was chirping. I changed the battery and it still didn’t function properly so I spent $40 at the hardware store to bring my own in. -There is no gym available as the ad states (that is a Saw Creek Estates amenity). -The pool pictured in the ad is not the pool available to residents of The Falls. Your amenity badge (GLT supplies six) is only good for the one pool in The Falls area. Although you are in “Saw Creek” you are not allowed to use any amenities for Saw Creek Estates (4-5 pools, gym, indoor tennis, etc). The Falls amenities are limited to the one pool, an outdoor basketball court and an outdoor tennis court. -The WIFI router had to be reset at at least daily in order to be operational. -The washing machine is not connected—it looks like they may use a temporary connection when the linens (provided) are cleaned. -There are no complete closet doors or dressers (not a huge deal but worth mentioning) and no curtains on the two sliding doors on the ground floor or bathrooms (a little awkward at night). -The hot water was spotty at best. -The front porch and stairs could use some structural attention. To be fair, the house was clean when we arrived and did have a supply of linens and kitchen items (plates, utensils, glasses, etc) available. The air conditioners worked great (we were in a heatwave) and it did appear to have some bathroom updates recently.
