Upstairs you will discover your light filled and breezy home awaits you with beamed ceilings and space for 4 guest to enjoy and spread out. Hardwood floors, breakfast room overlooking garden patio. Large bedrooms with great closet space. Two baths. Close to Cedar Sinai, Chateau Marmont, Nobu LA, Fred Segal and fashionable, Melrose Place, and the famous Sunset Strip.

The space

This spacious 2 bedroom West Hollywood apartment offers the best of comfort and elegance. Enter through the front door to beamed ceilings in the LIVING ROOM, where numerous windows offer plenty of light and fresh breeze throughout. There is a gas fireplace and plenty of comfy couches, perfect for cozy evenings in. A formal DINING ROOM offers an elegant glass top table and views to the front courtyard. The fully equipped KITCHEN makes Su Casa Harper a true home away from home—thoroughly stocked with dishes, cutlery, and cookware—there is a dishwasher, gas stove and ample counter space for cooking meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee and the paper in the bright and cheery BREAKFAST NOOK just off the kitchen. This quaint room offers views to the front garden and provides an informal space to share a meal. The LAUNDRY is tucked away behind the kitchen, easy to use—quiet and discreet.

There are TWO BEDROOMS, with brand new luxury QUEEN SIZED beds with plenty of closet space and drawers. Very spacious comfortable! The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with standing shower and beautiful honey colored tiles, a cheerful detail. Each bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV and is equipped with cable. The BATHROOM at the end of the hall contains a split shower and full tub—perfect for long, relaxing soaks.

Additionally, there is a private front PATIO for guests to use during their stay. Thank you for your patience while the landscaping fills in! This is one of the best places to sit and relax on a warm summer evening—guests are encouraged to use the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor space!

Guest access

Instructions about keys and how to enter are available upon booking. Casa Harper is the second floor apartment of a two story duplex. Enter through private gate into a lovely patio area. One car, private off-street parking available for guests during their stay. There is also plenty of street parking available in front of the house, one guest permit is provided for guests during their stay. Please be sure to read signs carefully for street cleaning restrictions.

Interaction with guests

I am just a phone call away-- I live on the property and am happy to assist during your stay, should you have any questions while you are here. I like to offer as much privacy as possible to guests, but am available as often as needed. Should you need anything during your stay-- extra towels, sheets, or should you have questions about appliances, or the how to operate the BBQ, fireplace or just anything at all-- please do not hesitate to message me. No question, no problem is too small.

Your vacation home is located in a quiet residential area, walk-able to everything. Please be considerate of your neighbors with no late nights or loud outdoor conversations.
No more than 6 people in the house at once and no more than 4 people after 10pm. Mi Casa Su Casa is NOT suitable for children under 5 years old.
Also our driveway is shared, so no speeding in and out. Thank you!!

The place is really well located a short 15 minute walk to a load of really good cafes, restaurants and bars in West Hollywood, located in a quiet residential area off Melrose Avenue. The flat was really well equipped and though we didn't spend a lot of time in there as theres a lot to do and see, when we were the rooms were spacious and comfy. Kathryn was also super quick to reply to any questions ad very helpful assisting our late checkout and providing excellent recommendations for food and drinks. Highly recommend if visiting LA!

Kathryn's place is one in a million. From its amazing location to Kathryn herself, I can whole-heartedly recommend staying at this Airbnb. The place is perfectly clean, wonderfully furnished and central to all of Los Angeles - the perfect holiday home for a first time visitor or well seasoned pro. Kathryn made check-in a breeze and was flexible with check-out times which helped enormously. She was also there for any questions and queries from the moment we booked. I cannot give this property enough praise - book now!

I recently stayed at Kathryns place and have to say its LOVELY! This is a bright, spacious and comfortable property situated on a treelined quiet street. The property is very clean and well decorated. The location is very central for all things WeHo. The private off road parking space is great to have and there is also a second street parking space should you need it. Check in and out was effortless. Kathryn is the perfect host and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property.
