What a wonderful little place! Conveniently located, we walked to Fourth Avenue for coffee and shopping and had just a short drive to visit some of the further areas of town as well. The home is comfortable and well equipped with a mini kitchen, wifi, plenty of towels and blankets, and a TV that features a number of streaming apps via Roku. Michael was a kind host and though we didn't get a chance to meet in person he made sure that I had everything I needed for a late night self check in and sent a couple of messages throughout the weekend to ensure that we were all set. It was 100+ degrees during our visit so we didn't spend much time in the courtyards, but we appreciated them nonetheless! The only possible complaint is that the airflow isn't as good in the bedroom, so it stayed a little warmer than the living room. Not too bad, but we generally like a cool sleeping space. Otherwise it was all perfect!

This is a beautiful neighborhood with wide streets and all sorts of interesting yards (if you're a plant person like me). I attended a conference at UA and walked every day. There's a co-op nearby for groceries, Michael's neighborhood guide includes a local liquor store with Arizona wines, gins, and other liquors, Fourth Avenue restaurants, and the more college scene on University are all close. The tram stop at University and 3rd is a reasonable walk and the tram will take you all the way downtown. The outdoor space at this house is amazing and perfect for lounging after a day of hiking. And there's a washer dryer! The house is well set up for guests: you'll find a hook or empty shelf wherever you need!

If you are looking for a quiet, private spot this is it! Easily walk to more bustling areas but always return to the quiet space tucked away. Plenty of room to breath in the apartment and very clean and safe.

Funky, functional, clean and comfortable space with great inside/outside flow AND wonderfully located to walk/bike to 4th Ave and downtown. Michael was kind and helpful; a great host.

The place is a nice one bedroom house in a funky Tucson neighborhood. It is easy to get places but also nice to just chill out around the house. Mike is there if you need him (we asked about restaurants) but not in the way. Great for a Tucson visit.
