We live at Prospect Cottage with 2 cats, you will be staying in the house with us. The 2 bedrooms for BnB are in the cottage. We are close to Bristol airport(20mins), 15mins from Bath, 2miles from The Pig and Priston Mill.
A quiet village location.
2 bedrooms each with double bed, sleeps up to 4, sharing a tiny ensuite shower and a small downstairs loo.
Breakfast will be a simple packed breakfast to minimise contact and risk.

The space
Two pretty, quaint, small double bedrooms in a rustic semidetached cottage in a quiet location between Bristol and Bath.
Breakfast is eaten in the sunny conservatory looking over the fruit and veg filled garden. Weekends and holidays breakfast is a plentiful bounty of mostly local or homemade goodies. Work days its simple breads and cereals.
Off street parking in the driveway is usually possible.
The 2 bedrooms are on the first floor sharing a tiny private downstairs toilet opposite the front door and a small bit brand new shower in bedroom one. Our bedroom is on the second floor.
If you seek perfection this may not be for you, this is a typical cottage with squeaky floor boards, 2 lively, friendly cats, an awkward plumbing system and many more idiosyncrasies. We love it but it's not for everyone! I would hate anyone to be disappointed with their stay.
It is a small cottage if you have large suitcases perhaps leave those in the car.
There is no kitchen or self catering facility, bnb only.
It is easy to find if you use the instructions I have written for airbnb. Using a sat nav won't get you here, as the reviews will testify!
We have a hot tub that can be hired as long as its before 9pm so as not to disturb the neighbours. (by separate arrangement)

Guest access
The 2 private bedrooms next to each other and the downstairs toilet which is opposite the front door.
There is a working smart tv in bedroom 1 and a DVD player in bedroom 2, tea and coffee making facilities too. Dvd library is limited to my taste so feel free to bring your own.
Please note there are no self catering facilities. No use of kitchen.

Other things to note
The toilet runs on a saniflo system. Instructions given on arrival and are on and in the toilet.
If you are coming to attend a wedding or special occasion there is a fabulous hairdresser at the bottom of the garden and a beautician a short drive away. Please ask me for contact details or for the local taxi drivers details.
Week day pricing indicates when a hot breakfast is/isn't possible.
Strictly a 4 person maximum limit.
No self catering facilities. No use of kitchen.
There are overly friendly long haired kittens/cats living in the house.
We are close to a pretty church, the bell rings every hour and can be heard in bedroom 2. Sunday's and Thursday night's there are more active bell ringing.
