Interaction with guests
We do not live in the house but are available to help 24 hours per day.
Other things to note
We live in a typical urban neighborhood. Which is to say, on your way to our house, you will see some boarded up houses, some vacant lots and some trash in the streets. Some people are surprised by this but to 90% of the people in Philadelphia, this is quite normal. Nonetheless, it is a convenient, diverse, safe neighborhood.
Please ready the full description of our home and neighborhood before you book (read some reviews too!)- Silence from midnight to 6 am. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas. Work with other guests to put our the trash and recycling on Sunday nights.

We are progressive activists and art lovers. This is is our home but we live in Washington DC most of the time. This 4 bedroom house is now the Rodriguez Guest House. We focus on providing affordable, long-term, luxury accommodations for foreign travelers, medical residents, grad students, student interns and artists on residency. The housemates live as respectful roommates, clean up after themselves in the common areas and handle basic tasks like taking out the trash. We provide "help-yourself" dish and laundry soap, towels and linens and paper products.
