Brand new modern Balinese style three bedroom Villa in Choeng Mon, in a peaceful residential area. Ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and privacy with your family or friends. The villa features a private pool and a terrace and garden. With a scooter or car, we are 5 minutes from Choeng Mon Beach, 2 minutes from the closest restaurants and grocery shops, 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Bangrak piers, 15 minutes from Fisherman's Village, 10 minutes from Chaweng.

The space
Adjacent to the living room is a large dining area, seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers ample counter space and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. Whether you're cooking a family dinner or whipping up a quick snack, the kitchen and dining area are perfectly suited for group meals.

The entire living space flows easily between indoor and outdoor areas, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the room and providing beautiful views of the surroundings and the pool. With its comfortable seating and open design, this space is perfect for enjoying quality time together, while still offering enough room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Electricity Consumption:

Electricity is not included in the rental price. Electricity charges will be settled retrospectively based on actual consumption. The meter readings will be recorded at both check-in and check-out. Guests will be charged at a rate of 8 THB per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for the electricity consumed. The villa is equipped with a meter for accurate measurement. We encourage mindful energy use, especially with air conditioning.

High-Speed Internet: Enjoy fast and reliable internet, perfect for both leisure and remote work.

Cleaning: Cleaning is included every 6th night, with additional cleanings available for a surcharge, easily requested through our guest portal or communication channels.

Maid Service: Available on request for a surcharge, ensuring your stay remains comfortable and convenient.

House Rules: Please respect the no-smoking policy indoors and observe quiet hours.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Occasionally, late check-ins and check-outs are available, bookable through our guest portal.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded after inspection upon check-out.
24/7 Support: Our team provides 24/7 support, but response times between 11 PM and 7 AM may be delayed. Urgent requests will be prioritized.
