We had an amazing trip! The location and apartment were exactly as the pictures and descriptions made it sound. she and her husband were very good with communication, were very accommodating when or flight was delayed causing us to be late, and they met us in a timely manner to give us they key, a tour, and some neighborhood information. They even left us some water, mints, coffee, and tea. The area is amazing and has great local access. Would definitely stay again!

Ghazala, Was great with communication before and during the trip. I didn't meet her as I met her husband and his friend instead to get the keys. They took our bags up for us which was very nice. There were a few things stocked in the fridge upon arrival which was also nice. The studio is clean and new and close to two train stops. I was nervous about the bed, but it was fantastic to sleep on! I would avoid the St Denis stop once it gets dark as there were prostitues there. The shops on the street have the cutest dresses but only sell to shops, whole sellers :( Grocery stores and great restaurants are within walking distance. I would bring an eye mask and ear plugs with you. It's quite loud at night when people walk up the stairs or if you have the window open. Everyone has their window open and it opens into a cement shaft so the voices bounces off. The light for the hallway also illuminates this shaft which can be bright at night. The studio has all your essentials and they were very kind people.

Thank you Dana for your detailed observations and your encouraging remarks. It is a great help. We have noted the points to be improved. The nearest metro stations are really, Réaumur Sébastopol or Sentier which leads into the pedestrian Rue Montergeuil on one side and across the road, down into our street. One should effectively avoid the St Denis station! Sorry to hear about the noise. It was the Euro Football season and Paris was busy and noisy with young fans. I should think it was an exceptional period. Opening the windows made the noise worse for you, otherwise the curtains are enough to block out the external lights. Sorry about that inconvenience . Will try to improve on your recommendations ! Thank you Ghazala
