Great location for visiting London! Close to tube and walking many places. Room is small but fine for three adults. Communication and check in great. Reckmmen!

Our biggest issue was the wifi was terrible. We tried to communicate the issue to the host but received no response despite multiple contact attempts via phone and message. If you need access to the internet during your stay this is not a reliable place for you. We arrived in London and discovered we had been moved to a different room. The accommodations were smaller than what we previously had booked. The room was tiny and could barely fit the three of us. Additionally, there was no place for a shower head so you basically had to sit down in the bath tub and use the hand device. The one redeeming quality was the location. It was close to multiple train stations and had some cute pubs nearby.

We haven't been to this appartment previously booked because Abigail told us before just before our arrival there was a problem with the water. So she immediately found a solution and proposed us two others appartments in the same building for the same price which is fair. So we stayed at another appartment which was very clean and enlightened. Just a few observation to improve for the next travelers : - the heating wasn't on when we arrived friday night, the appartment was very freezy. - the apartment is poorly soundproofed, we heard everything in the building. - and finally, there is not enough hot water to take a bath. Overall we had a beautiful stay, the building is well located with two close bicycle station and the tube (Earl's court and Gloucester stations are very close) thank you for being available by email so quickly and to fix easily the exchange appartment.

Abigail responds immediately and is really helpful. Her place is wonderfully situated, a perfect base for some London touristing: near the tube, lots of good food and coffee nearby, and good access to Hyde Park for a run. I hope to stay there again on my next visit to London!

The apartment is very conveniently located, almost equidistant between Earl's Court and Gloucester Road Stations, which makes it very convenient to get around town. Earl's Court has a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, and the Sainsbury almost opposite, is perfect to stock up on stuff. The hop-on-hop-off bus tours pass right in front of the Gloucester Road Station, so if you are planning on taking on of those its convenient to say the least! Even though the listing describes it as accomodating upto 4, the apartment itself may become cramped once the sofa bed is pulled out, leaving little space to move around. But other than that its very comfortable: the bathroom is clean and the clean towels, toiletries, not to mention the crisp bed linen were very welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to find an ironing board and iron in the cupboard even though the listing didn't say so. The only negative aspect of our entire stay was the steep climb up to the third floor, especially the last flight up, which was a chore to navigate with multiple luggage pieces.

Thanks for attending whenever we called, wasn't a hassle at all to find the keys to the apartment all by myself.
