We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment home in the heart of Sunnyvale! Located near the intersection of 237 and 101, right off of Central Expressway. We are in the perfect spot, close to so many major SV companies! The quiet park like setting and private patio makes this complex feel like home. With 2 sparkling pools, a workout room, newly remodeled kitchen, and full sized washer and dryer in unit, this 915 square foot apartment home has it all. This gated community boasts covered assigned parking at no additional cost to you! We have comcast high speed internet, in addition to 140 cable stations on one of your 2 tv sets! We have fully furnished this property with high quality couches, beds night stands and ALL of the kitchen, bathroom and living area furnishings you will need. Just bring your tooth brush! We provide all linens, towels, pots and pans, etc! This complex will accomidate your 4 legged friend too. We do have some breed and weight restrictions, please ask us when you call.

Check in is 4pm. We cannot accommodate early check in.

We do NOT ACCEPT MAIL. Packages are welcome. The leasing office will receive them. We do not have access to the mail box so please do not send mail.
Pets are welcome with an extra fee and deposit.
We do provide both High Speed Internet and Cable TV

We are not a hotel style housing company. We work normal business hours. If there is an after hour emergency there are many numbers in your guidebook in the unit provided to deal with those.

We do not provide anything more that what is in the unit. We do give you a welcome pack with sample sized essentials for your convenience. We do not replenish this.
