A great central location for visiting The Lakes, Dales, Scottish Borders, Roman Wall, Durham City, York even a day trip to Blackpool is available!

Well traveled, favourite places India, Japan and US, I know they are worlds apart but so interesting and varied. Local knowledge a key part of what we do, like to keep abreast of what's new. Involved in village life and a keen member of our local history group. Movie lover, weakness for good food, supporter of real ale and love to be out with Blue & Finn, our border collies on the fells.
