A lovely, privately situated, sea view villa full of flowers with a large patio, heated pool and Hot-tub, extensive gardens with a playground, beach-volleyball, large chessgame and BBQarea. A spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, library and pool table. There is a Portuguese style kitchen with dinner table. The left wing situates the owners suite with walk in closet and private bathroom and guest-bedroom with bathroom.. The right wing provides 3 large bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms.

The space
The villa is situated in the hills in a very quiet serene location only 10 minutes away from beaches, golf-courses, aqua-park, supermarkets, shopping-malls, discotheques, etc.
The highway, on the other side of the hill, is just a few minutes away and gives you quick access to many other destinations (airport, Lisbon, Spain etc.).
For the adults and children there is a wide range of games in the house and the garden. Table-tennis, climbing frame, swing, football, beach-volleyball, jeu de boules, sandpit, shuffle-board,beach badminton, tennis, boardgames, pool-games, etc.
